Ok I have been watching my site statistics lately, and it seems a lot of people (and I mean a WHOLE LOT!) are having trouble with the “Activate The Oracle” quest. Just looking at my inbound links from Google is enough.
I mentioned the workaround in a previous post, but the post was on another topic. I thought it might be difficult to find for future visitors, so I’m posting the solution to making the quest work in its own blog post.
Here’s how you do it:
- If you activate your Oracle and nothing happens, you must ABANDON the quest.
- Go to Green Park and talk to the quest giver again. Do NOT talk to him at Charing Cross!
- Once you get the quest again, activate the Oracle immediately in front of him.
- If you see the Oracle running off and humping the face of Technician 314, it worked!
- If nothing happens, repeat from step 1 again.
There we go. I hope now Google can send you guys to this post directly 🙂
